December 17, 2003 marked the 25th anniversary of the forming of the 17th Connecticut Reenactors by Colonel Jeff H. Grzelak.  The 17th celebrated their 25th anniversary on December 13 and 14, 2003, with a "Living History" event at Fort Marion in St. Augustine.  Fort Marion is the Castillo de San Marcos.
